Our project, prepared by years of work and research, offers to all agri-food distribution channels, both B2B and B2C, Italian and foreign baked products typical of the Italian tradition.
First of all, Panettone, the undisputed king of the holidays, with a simple appearance and taste but with innovative facets of the best Italian D.O.P toppings and products.
We successfully end up with savory gourmet Panettone, also enriched with typical Lombard D.O.P cheeses, for delicious combinations with traditional cold cuts.
The “Mama bakery” proposal is also enriched by the typical Lombard Veneziana, Pandoro and much more. Peculiarities of the project use the best flours, of biological origin, and raw materials of the highest quality, all rigorously produced in Italy.
Attention to the choice of raw materials has led to the development of the "i Naturali" line, produced entirely in all their components from ingredients of biological origin, with considerable interest and success.

OUR TEAM

Born in 1980, as a child I was helping my dad in the bakery business started in 1962 in the streets of Milan and subsequently transferred to Pandino (Cr). After completing the "Stanga" Agricultural High School, I started working in the family bakery shop in Treviglio. In 2000 I took over a bakery in Agnadello (Cr) and carried it on with my family until 2008, when I decided to go back to Pandino and start from scratch. I created a new company with my wife and then I also opened a store in Madignano in 2008 and Caravaggio in 2013. After countless specialization courses in the "bakery" sector, I focused my attention and get important results on "yeast mother and large leavened products ".In 2019 I participated at “ Iginio Massari's Panettone Day”, where I arrived in the national final.Flanked by the consultant dr. Emanuele Marchesi, together we decide to embark on this new adventure by combining our skills, always turned to tradition but with a touch of originality.
Born in 1980, graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Milan, I immediately focused my attention on quality control, both in companies and as a freelancer.Member of the College of Agricultural Experts of Cremona, passionate about sports, travel and reading.After a parenthesis in the agricultural and livestock sector, since 2013 I became teacher at the Iefp course "School for working in the agri-food sector", Ifts and Its courses, while I continue my freelance profession with quality control combined with safety in the workplace.Since 2016, quality and safety consultant for the company "El furneer" by Manfredini Alessio and hence the idea in 2019 to present together this valuable, natural, food project as it once was.
